Meet the owners and staff

The Barnacle Staff: Pam, Paul, Rheanne, Suzanne, Evan, Sativa, Tim.

Barnacle Bistro, LLC is owned by Suzanne Ector and Evan Boley. Evan was born and raised in Gold Beach, after which he spent several years in the Navy working as an Admiral's Chef. After completing his culinary schooling, he moved back to Gold Beach with the dream of one day opening a restaurant. Suzanne moved to Gold Beach in 2001. Her background is in Engineering, Software, Business Management, and Marketing. Suzanne's investment in the old Paul Bunyan Site, combined with the timing of Evan's career choices brought the two together for this business partnership. We are located at 29805 Ellensburg Ave, Gold Beach, OR.
